The Cotswolds are only about a 30-minute drive away, Cheltenham & Birmingham Airport/NEC are about a 45 minute drive. Malvern Train Station is a 2-minute drive away and from there you can travel to London Paddington in less than 3 hours.
There is excellent varied walking from the doorstep, and you might want to
explore other places of interest including the riverside town of Upton-upon-Severn,
the cathedral city of Worcester, Eastnor Castle and the market town of Ledbury.
A 10-minute walk leads to local shops and pubs.
By Road to Treherne House:
Take Junction 7 from the M5 and follow the signs for Malvern & The Three Counties Showground. At Powick take the first exit (still following the brown tourist sign to The Three Counties Showground); carry on for about 4 miles until you see a signpost for Malvern 4.5 Miles. This road leads through Guarlford Village and into Malvern, once you have passed the Great Malvern sign Treherne House & The Malvern Retreat is about 500 yards further along on the left hand side.
